DELIVERY TERMS
Malta
Next day delivery is applicable when placing orders on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be delivered on Tuesday. One of our team members will be in touch to confirm your delivery date and time once your order is placed. Please give a clear delivery address including house/block number when placing you order, and write down street address as visible on Google Maps.
Orders will be delivered next day (where applicable) unless you select a different date at checkout. Chosen delivery dates can only be over 24hr period since placing the order. You can opt to pick up you package on the same day.
You will be notified when your package is ready to be collected from Lemon HQ in Attard.
Same day deliveries are available at a cost of minimum €10, subject to increase depending on location. You will be informed about the cost when receiving order confirmation.
Our delivery team will call you a maximum total of 3 times upon arrival. Should you not be home when our delivery team arrives with your order, we will notify you that the order has been returned to Lemon HQ and a second delivery attempt will be done the following day. If the second delivery attempt fails, your order will need to be collected from Lemon HQ within 5 days. A refund will be sent when the 5 day period ends.

Cancellation Policy
Should you wish to cancel an order placed on lemon.mt on the same day that that you have placed it, please send an email to [email protected] with your order details and our team will be in touch.
